30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition as you received it (unworn or unused).
- It must have its original tags and be in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Important: Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest way is to:
- Return the item you currently have.
- Once your return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification.
As with the standard return policy, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it:
- Unworn or unused
- With tags

In its original packaging
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
